Mustard Wasabi Microgreen Seeds
Mustard Wasabi microgreens have a strong, spicy flavour—similar to horseradish or hot mustard. They’re a great choice for adding heat to salads, wraps, or sandwiches.

- Can be grown all year round. Grows best in cooler temperatures.
How to Grow Mustard Microgreens
- No need to pre-soak seeds before sowing.
- Sow rate: 2.5–3.5 g for a small tray or punnet.
- Add 3–4 cm of moist soil to your tray and flatten the surface. You can also use a hemp growing mat.
- Cover the tray with a lid and keep in a warm, ventilated spot out of direct light for 2 days.
- Lightly mist or water 1–2 times per day.
- After germination, uncover and move the tray into light. Keep watering 1–2 times daily.
- Harvest: Ready in 8–12 days when stems are about 5–7 cm tall.
