We dispatch most orders within 1 – 2 business days.
PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS
Bulky and oversized items cannot be sent to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for these items.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Tracking details will be sent to your email address on dispatch of your parcel. If you have registered for an account, you can login (seedmart.com.au/my-account) to view your order history and tracking details.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Parcels are sent by Australia Post, Startrack Express or TNT. The delivery method depends on the weight, size and delivery location of your order.
Please be aware that Australia Post and Startrack Express may experience delays in their network, particularly during peak periods (e.g. Black Friday sales). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

If you’re not home to sign for a delivery, or there’s no safe place to leave your parcel, your parcel may be directed to the nearest Post Office or Courier Depot. You will then be responsible for collecting the parcel from that depot, or Australia Post, or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
Shipping Restrictions – Quarantine
Seedmart Australia does not ship seeds to WA, Tasmania or internationally. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their order meets their states quarantine and importation requirements. Seedmart Australia will not be held responsible for goods that are destroyed or seized by customs or local authorities, or additional costs (e.g inspection fees) that may be incurred.
