90% of our orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days. Bulky or large orders may take an additional day for dispatch.
Your parcel will be shipped via Australia Post or Startrack Express, depending on the weight, size and delivery location.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes.

Startrack Express: Transit times vary from 2-7 business days depending on pickup and delivery locations. Most metro locations take approx. 2-3 business days.
We offer Click and Collect from our Mount Gravatt, QLD warehouse. Please allow a minimum of 1 day for your order to be ready for collection.

Please contact us via telephone or feedback form to request a change of shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change a shipping address after the order has been dispatched. In this instance, the parcel may be returned to sender and an additional fee may be charged for redelivery.
Seedmart Australia offers domestic shipping to all states of Australia (excluding WA and Tasmania).
We also ship internationally. It is your responsibility to comply with the import and customs clearance regulations for your country. Seedmart Australia is not responsible for duties or customs clearance fees. We can supply a phytosanitary certificate if required.
