HOW DO YOU USE A SPROUTING JAR?
- Fill your glass jar one quarter full with mung beans. Fill the rest with water.
- Soak for 8–12 hours depending on the temperature.
- Drain and rinse with water.
- Leave the jar upside down on a dish rack or bowl for 12 hours.
- Repeat rinsing and draining twice daily until ready to harvest.
