HOW DO YOU USE A SPROUTING JAR?
- Fill your jar 1/4 full with fenugreek seeds and cover with water.
- Soak for 6–8 hours depending on temperature.
- Drain and rinse thoroughly.
- Rest the jar upside down at an angle to drain properly.
- Rinse twice daily until fully sprouted (2–5 days).
