How to Grow Mizuna Green Microgreens
- Sow Rate: 5 grams per small, punnet-sized growing tray.
- Pre-Soak: No pre-soaking required.
- Growing Medium: Can be grown in soil or hydroponically.
- Soil Method: Add 2-3 cm of soil to the tray and level it evenly. Moisten the soil before sowing.
- Sowing: Sprinkle the seeds evenly over the surface of the soil and lightly water.
- Germination: Cover the tray with another tray or a lid to promote germination. Store in a well-ventilated area, away from direct light, until the seeds germinate (usually 2-3 days).
