Product Description
Pea shoots are one of the most popular and rewarding microgreens to grow. Known for their naturally sweet flavour, crunchy stems, and rapid growth, they are widely used by home gardeners, cafés, chefs, and commercial microgreen growers throughout Australia.
These vigorous shoots produce thick green stems and tender leaves that add freshness and texture to salads, sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, soups, and stir-fries. Pea microgreens are highly productive, beginner-friendly, and offer excellent value due to their heavy yields and reliable germination.
Compared to many smaller microgreens, pea shoots produce substantial biomass quickly, making them one of the most economical and satisfying crops for continuous indoor growing.
Pea shoots perform best in cool to mild growing conditions and are usually ready to harvest within 10–14 days after sowing.
