MICROGREEN ‘Kale Black’ Seeds

Quantity: 25 grams & 50 grams

If you’re looking for a bold, nutritious addition to your meals without the sharp, spicy kick of radish or mustard microgreens, Kale Black microgreens are the perfect choice. These microgreens offer a rich, savory flavor with none of the bitterness associated with mature kale. They’re perfect for adding to salads, sandwiches, wraps, or as a garnish for a wide variety of dishes.

Unlike the chewy, bitter leaves of mature kale, micro kale is tender and sweet, making it easy to incorporate into meals. Kale is known for its impressive nutritional benefits, and in its microgreen form, it’s packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, giving you all the goodness without the fuss!

Black kale microgreens are quick and easy to grow, typically ready for harvest in under 2 weeks. They can be grown using a hydroponic system, coir peat, or organic soil. With proper care, a 10 x 20″ growing tray will yield approximately 310 grams of fresh microgreens. This variety is perfect for home gardeners and commercial growers alike.
