How to Grow Ruby Chard Microgreens
- Pre-Soak: Not needed.
- Sow Rate: Use 2.5–3 grams per small, punnet-sized tray.
- Growing Medium: Grow in soil or on a hydroponic mat.
- Soil Method: Add 3–4 cm of moistened soil to your tray and level it out.
- Covering: After sowing, cover with a tray lid or cloth for 2–3 days to help seeds sprout. Keep in a cool, dark, and well-ventilated space.
- Watering: Mist or bottom water once or twice a day. After germination, uncover and move to a bright area. Continue watering as needed.
Harvest:
- Ready to harvest in 7–12 days when plants are 5–7 cm tall. Cut just above the soil for fresh, clean microgreens.
