How to Grow Detox & Balance Sprouts

Pre-soak Seeds
Soak for 6–8 hours. Mung beans and lentils may benefit from up to 10 hours.

Seed Quantity
Use 1–2 tablespoons per standard 1L sprouting jar.

Rinse thoroughly after soaking and drain completely. Leave the jar tilted upside down for airflow and proper drainage. Keep out of direct sunlight.
