MICROGREEN ‘Basil’ Seeds

Basil microgreens bring all the sweet, aromatic flavour of fresh basil to your plate—without the long wait. These small but tasty greens are packed with fragrance and are ready to harvest in just 12–16 days.

Fresh Basil Flavour, Fast

Basil microgreens have the same classic flavour as mature basil—mildly sweet with a hint of spice. They’re great for salads, pasta dishes, sandwiches, or homemade pesto. Use them fresh to keep their soft texture and strong aroma.

Great Yield for Small Spaces

You don’t need a big garden to grow basil microgreens. With just 25 grams of seed, a standard 10 × 20″ tray can yield around 220 grams of greens. They’re perfect for home growers and also a good option for small-scale market growing.

Easy to Grow at Home

Basil microgreens are simple to grow, even if you’re new to gardening. No soaking is needed before sowing. Just moisten your soil or grow medium, flatten it to 3–4 cm, and sprinkle the seeds evenly. Cover the tray for 4–6 days in a dark, well-ventilated spot to help germination. Once the shoots are a few centimetres tall, uncover the tray and place it under light. Water lightly 1–2 times per day. They’ll be ready to harvest in about two weeks.
