How to Grow Red Veined Sorrel as Microgreens
- Do not pre-soak seeds before sowing.
- Use approx. 5 grams of seed for a 10 x 20″ growing tray.
- Fill tray with 2–3 cm of potting mix (not hydroponic medium).
- Flatten and moisten soil, then scatter seeds evenly on top and water lightly.
- Cover with another tray or lid to block light and store in a cool, dark space for 5–10 days.
- Water once or twice daily while covered. After germination, move to bright sun and continue watering.
