How to Grow Mizuna Microgreens
- Sowing rate: Use 5 grams of seed per small punnet-sized tray.
- Pre-soak: Not required.
- Growing medium: Suitable for both soil and hydroponic methods.
- Soil method: Add 2–3 cm of quality seed-raising mix or coir to your tray. Flatten and lightly moisten the surface.
- Sowing: Sprinkle seeds evenly across the surface. Mist lightly with water.
- Germination: Cover with a second tray or lid. Keep in a well-ventilated, dark spot for 2–3 days until seeds sprout.
- Watering: Mist 1–2 times daily. Once sprouted, remove the lid and place the tray in indirect sunlight or under grow lights.

- Harvest in 10–14 days when plants are 5–7 cm tall. Use clean scissors to cut just above the soil surface.
