  • Rich in vitamins A, C, and K, plus antioxidants and minerals.

How to Grow Mizuna Microgreens

  • Sowing rate: Use 5 grams of seed per small punnet-sized tray.
  • Pre-soak: Not required.
  • Growing medium: Suitable for both soil and hydroponic methods.
  • Soil method: Add 2–3 cm of quality seed-raising mix or coir to your tray. Flatten and lightly moisten the surface.
  • Sowing: Sprinkle seeds evenly across the surface. Mist lightly with water.
  • Germination: Cover with a second tray or lid. Keep in a well-ventilated, dark spot for 2–3 days until seeds sprout.
  • Watering: Mist 1–2 times daily. Once sprouted, remove the lid and place the tray in indirect sunlight or under grow lights.
