Bennings Green Tint is an heirloom variety dating back to 1914. It is a patty-pan squash with scalloped edges and pretty pale-green fruit. The flesh is white and tender with a fine-grained texture and very good flavor. Pick when young (5 – 7.5 cm in diameter); larger fruit can be stuffed. It grows as a tidy, productive bush.
