Growing Instructions
Pre-soak seeds:
No soaking needed.
Seeding rate:
2.5 – 3.5 grams per small (punnet-sized) tray.
Grow medium:
Use a hemp mat, paper towel, or 2–3 cm of organic soil or coir peat. Level and moisten before sowing.
Blackout period:
Lightly water seeds, then cover the tray to keep out light. Store in a dark, well-ventilated area and water once or twice daily. Remove cover when the seedlings reach 3 cm.
Light and watering:
After removing the cover, place your tray in indirect sunlight. Continue watering gently twice daily.
Harvest:
Ready to harvest in 8–14 days. Use clean scissors to cut microgreens 1–2 cm above the soil.
