Please note: These mats are single-use only. The fine roots of microgreens and wheatgrass become embedded in the hemp and cannot be separated after harvest.
How to Use Hemp Growing Mats
Dip the mat briefly in cool water or spray it with a light mist. Let excess water drain away. Lay the mat flat in your growing tray. Evenly spread your microgreen or wheatgrass seeds on top. Cover and leave in a dark, well-ventilated spot for 2–3 days to germinate.
Once seeds sprout, move the tray to a well-lit area. Keep the mat moist but never soaked—avoid pooling water or water levels above the surface of the mat.
