How to Use a Sprouting Jar

1. Add your chosen sprouting seeds, grains, or pulses to the jar. For broccoli sprouts, use approximately 1.5 tablespoons of seed.
2. Fill the jar with water and soak for 6–12 hours, depending on the variety.
