Cucumber Crystal Apple Vegetable Seeds
Cucumber ‘Crystal Apple’ is a New Zealand heirloom appearing in seed catalogues around 1934. The fruit is round, about the size of a small apple, with a creamy white skin and crisp, crunchy flesh. The flavour is sweet with no bitter aftertaste. It crops prolifically and does best on a trellis to reduce the impact of powdery mildew.
- Also known as Apple Cucumber, Crystal Lemon & Crystal Salad.
- Creamy yellow skin with a tender and mild flavour.
- Ideal for summer salads.
