Why Does the Kit Include Two Jars?

- Use one jar while the other is being cleaned.
- Prepare additional sprouts for a household or family.
- Experiment with different soaking and harvest times.
How to Grow Broccoli Sprouts
Measure the Seed
Place approximately one tablespoon of broccoli seed into the sprouting jar.
Soak for 4–6 Hours
Cover the seeds with cool, clean water and leave them to soak for approximately four to six hours.
Rinse and Drain
Drain the soaking water, rinse the seeds thoroughly with cool water and drain again. Tilt the jar upside down so excess water can escape while air continues to circulate.
Repeat Every 8–12 Hours
Rinse the seeds with fresh water every eight to twelve hours. Drain thoroughly after every rinse and return the jar to its tilted position.
Harvest Your Sprouts
Continue rinsing and draining until the sprouts reach your preferred stage. One tablespoon of seed produces approximately 1–1½ cups of living sprouts.
