Coriander – Slow Bolt (Approx. 50 seeds)

Coriander is a versatile annual herb with fresh, citrusy leaves and aromatic seeds. Popular in Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mexican cuisines, coriander adds flavour to curries, stir-fries, salads, and chutneys. The “Slow Bolt” variety is bred for extended leaf harvest before flowering.
Days to harvest: 40–60 days for leaves.

Red Shiso (Approx. 100 seeds)

Red Shiso, also known as Perilla, is a striking herb with deep purple-red leaves and a unique, tangy flavour. Commonly used in Japanese cuisine for pickling (umeboshi), garnishing, and flavouring drinks. Its ornamental foliage also makes it a beautiful garden feature.
Days to harvest: 60–70 days.

Green Shiso (Approx. 100 seeds)

Green Shiso has large, serrated green leaves with a refreshing, slightly spicy flavour reminiscent of basil and mint. Often used in sushi, tempura, soups, and fresh salads. It grows easily in warm conditions and provides a long harvest period.
Days to harvest: 60–70 days.

Thai Basil (Approx. 100 seeds)

Thai Basil is an aromatic herb with glossy green leaves, purple stems, and a spicy anise-clove flavour. Essential in Thai and Vietnamese cooking, it pairs perfectly with curries, noodle dishes, and stir-fries. Heat-loving and highly productive.
Days to harvest: 60–70 days.

Garlic Chives (Approx. 100 seeds)

Garlic Chives are a hardy perennial with flat, green leaves and a mild garlic flavour. Used in dumplings, stir-fries, omelettes, and soups. The edible white flowers are also a delicacy. Easy to grow and ideal for continuous harvesting.
Days to harvest: 80–90 days.
