How to grow Spice & Zing Sprouts:

Pre-soak seeds:
6 – 8 hours.

Seed Qty:
1 – 2 tablespoons per 1L glass sprouting jar.

Method:
After soaking, rinse thoroughly and drain completely. Leave jar tilted upside down to allow airflow and prevent water pooling. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Rinse and repeat:
Rinse and drain every 8 – 12 hours until sprouts reach desired length.

Harvest:
Ready in approximately 3 – 5 days.

Yield:
Approximately 1 – 2 cups of fresh, spicy sprouts per batch.
Storage:
Allow harvested sprouts to dry thoroughly before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Best consumed within 3 – 5 days.
