MICROGREEN ‘Fenugreek’ Seeds
Botanical Name: Trigonella foenum-graecum
Fenugreek microgreens are a quick and nutritious crop that’s easy to grow at home. With their strong scent, unique flavour, and health benefits, they’re a favourite for home cooks, gardeners, and anyone looking to eat more fresh greens.
Earthy Flavour With a Nutty Kick
Fenugreek microgreens have a bold, slightly bitter taste with earthy and nutty notes. They add great flavour to salads, soups, sandwiches, and cooked dishes. If you like stronger herbs like rocket or mustard greens, you’ll enjoy fenugreek too.
Full of Nutrients
These microgreens are rich in iron, fibre, and plant-based protein. They also contain vitamins A, B, and C, making them a helpful choice for a balanced diet. Some people grow fenugreek for its traditional health benefits like supporting digestion and blood sugar balance. Learn more about the health benefits of fenugreek here.
Fast and Easy to Grow
Fenugreek microgreens are great for beginners. They sprout quickly and grow well in different mediums, including organic soil, coir, or a hemp mat. You can harvest them in just 7–10 days.
For the best results, use a hemp grow mat and water from the bottom. To give your greens an extra boost, try adding a small amount of Microgreen Plant Nutrient during the growing process.
