Silverbeet ‘Pink Lipstick’ Vegetable Seeds

The beautiful pink stems and leaf veins contrast with the shiny, bright green, crumpled leaves to brighten up the vegetable garden. It is highly productive and able to be ‘cut and come again’. It holds its color when cooked and is excellent as a microgreen and in a salad mix. It is hardy and drought resistant.

Details: Keep well supplied with water and mulch; harvest by gently pulling outer leaves away from the plant, avoid leaving stubs; in hot, humid areas, rust disease can be a problem; regularly spray with seaweed to keep it in check
