Use a glass sprouting jar, hemp sprouting bag, or fine mesh colander. A 1L glass jar works perfectly for beginners.
How to grow Protein Power Sprouts:

Pre-soak seeds:
8 – 12 hours (larger legumes benefit from a full soak).

Seed Qty:
1 – 2 tablespoons per 1L sprouting jar.

Method:
After soaking, rinse thoroughly with cool water. Drain completely and leave jar tilted upside down to allow airflow and drainage. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Rinse and repeat:
Rinse and drain every 8 – 12 hours. Ensure sprouts are never left sitting in water.

Harvest:
Ready in approximately 3 – 5 days, depending on temperature and desired sprout length.

Storage:
