How to Grow Detox & Balance Sprouts:

Pre-soak seeds:
6 – 8 hours (mung beans and lentils may benefit from up to 10 hours).

Seed Qty:
1 – 2 tablespoons per standard 1L sprouting jar.

Method:
Rinse thoroughly after soaking and drain completely. Leave jar tilted upside down for airflow. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Rinse and repeat:
Rinse and drain every 8 – 12 hours.

Ready in approximately 3 – 5 days.

Storage:
