We aim to fulfill your order within 1 - 3 business days. Parcels are sent by Australia Post or courier (Fastway or Couriers Please).

Please be aware that Australia Post has significant delivery delays due to COVID-19. These delays are a result of social distancing measures and limited flights. We ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. Where possible, we will upgrade your order to Express Post (for orders within the Express Post network and small, non-bulky items under 5 kg).
Bulky and oversized items cannot be sent to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Our courier companies can only deliver to physical addresses and some large items have high delivery costs with Australia Post.
Small to medium parcel sizes (with standard sized items) can be delivered to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Please contact us immediately if your item has been damaged in the post and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Our aim is to offer you excellent customer service and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
For most breakages, we will offer you a refund or send you a replacement item.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage that arises after an item has been delivered.
Please keep your original packaging, as this may be needed for our insurance purposes.
