How to Sprout Cress
Cress needs to be sprouted with the tray or sprouter, instead of a sprouting jar.
- Soak seeds for 4-6 hours.
- Cover your tray with a layer of moist paper towels or 2-3cm of soil.
- Scatter the surface with a light layer of soil, leaving a small amount of space between seeds.
- Rinse 2-3 times daily.
- Harvest in 4-7 days.
