COVID-19 Shipping Delays


COVID-19 Update:

  • We currently have a backlog of orders of approximately 2 - 4 business days. Our team are working at full capacity to ship orders as quickly as possible. 
  • We aim to keep the products on our website as up-to-date as possible. If a product is out of stock, we will provide a refund or place it on back order.  
  • Australia Post have delays with standard and Express Post deliveries.
  • Our priority is to work through the oldest orders first. We will email you with tracking details when your order has been shipped. 
  • We are not currently answering telephone calls as our small team are working hard to pack and ship orders. Please contact us via email on for enquiries.
