COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Thank you for your interest in growing your own vegetables. Since the beginning of March, there has been a huge spike in demand for vegetable seeds. We have been overwhelmed by the number of Australians who have turned to homegrown produce during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Most online seed companies are experiencing problems in keeping up with demand. These companies have either stopped accepting orders or have lengthy delays in order fulfillment. Despite the current challenges, we are reluctant to close our website. We believe that it is vital for the Australian public to have access to vegetable seeds, and that growing your own food is a fundamental right. 

If you would like to purchase from our website, please be aware:

  • We currently have a significant backlog of orders. Our team are working at full capacity to ship orders as quickly as possible. It may take approximately 10 business days for your order to be processed.
  • We aim to keep the products on our website as up-to-date as possible. If a product is out of stock, then we will provide a refund or place it on back order.  
  • Australia Post have delays with standard and Express Post deliveries.
  • Our priority is to work through the oldest orders first. We will email you with tracking details when your order has been shipped.
