Beetroot, carrot and ginger juice

Beetroot is a versatile, power-packed, nutrient boosting veggie that does wonders for your diet. Here's a juice recipe that mixes the goodness of beetroot with other root vegetables. The beetroot and carrot give the juice a sweet taste while the ginger adds a spicy and tangy taste.

Tangy beetroot juice:

  • Slices of fresh beetroot
  • Slices of ginger to taste
  • Equal amounts of carrot as the beetroot.

Cold press the ingredients together. For a bit more zest, add more ginger.
