Silverbeet ‘Yellow Canary’ Vegetable Seeds
Botanical Name: Beta vulgaris
The beautiful yellow stems and leaf veins contrast with the shiny, bright green, crumpled leaves to brighten up the vegetable garden. It is highly productive and able to be ‘cut and come again’. It holds its color when cooked and is excellent as a microgreen and in a salad mix. It is hardy and drought resistant.
